The Coregeous® Ball is an inflatable air-filled sponge ball  with a unique soft-stretchy “skin”. This massage ball helps massage your abdominals, core, diaphragm & hip flexors, helps with core activation and diaphragmatic breathing, and great for scar tissue massage for post abdominal surgery.
