Our semi private small group training program is designed to help you cultivate functional strength and mobility using a variety of traditional gym equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, plyoboxes and more

8-weeks of The Strength Club programming 

1 hour sessions

Personalized cueing and support for exercise form & technique

Modifications & Progressions for exercise to meet you where you’re at and help you reach your goals sustainably

Price:

1 session per week $250 incl. HST (includes 8 sessions)

2 sessions per week $500 incl. HST (includes 16 sessions)
